Its switching from PAL to NTSC sometime when I launch a game,this device don't know what its should be on,its should be pal,My PS1 Classic plays fine through it, its a pal composite signal,I use a HDMI2AV,Its gives a better picture that emulates a CRT TV. It don't look so blocky.
