Hacking Switch Me Rebug bootloader mode problem

How the fuck does this mode work?
I've been trying for over a fucking hour pressing 200 times the secret button behind the console, the led is red as it should be, but my PC won't recognize the chip for over than 3 seconds.
I just wanna change my payload.

Do you have the correct drivers? Is your switch on (iirc the switch has to be on and in hos for it to work)

My switch was on hos and with correct drivers.

can your pc see the mod chip on your switch thru device manager? open up device manager on your windows and see if any new devices get added in.
