TX Presents SX OS v2.6.2 BETA

We are back once again with another small update for our users.

Team-Xecuter back in two ways, first with their original sites are now back online, and now with nice quick SX OS update to enjoy:
Today we bring you SX OS v2.6.2 beta. This release addresses two issues we wanted to get out to all of you soon.
  • Game compatibility fixed for games that require firmware 7.x
Some recent games (like 'Hellblade Senuas Sacrifice') failed to boot with SX OS. This has been investigated and addressed in this update.
  • Improvements to cheat engine
We were made aware that the conditional codes (code type #1) were broken. This has been fixed. Some further minor stability improvements to the cheat engine have been made as well.
Last but not least, as you might have noticed our website(s) had some downtime over the past two weeks. We were quick with providing a temporary solution for everyone worried they couldn't activate their SX OS Licenses while we revamped and future proofed our production infrastructure. Everything should work again as expected!
That's all for today. More exciting stuff is coming, check back regularly!

Well im not going to judge on what preferences many ppl may have. An SD card is great for portability or to have everything within the console itself, but since your Switch will be a home console most of the time an external HDD would be useful to hold games while only keeping your personal favorites on the SD card. A 256GB card isn't enough for me since I like to have a library games to choose from even if I don't finish them right away. But again thats a preference that some can relate or simply just don't care.
The question is palying those NSPs from the HDD, not having to install them on the Switch

Double confirmed
SX OS 2.6.1 - 2.6.2 works on Sysnand 8.0 to boot Emunand 7.0.1 - Sleep mode works as expected.
Enjoy online gaming on Sysnand and Piracy on Emunand.

Why hate when we can enjoy the rest.

So, you can update sysnand to 8.0.0 and you are able to boot Sx os 2.6.2 ad 2.6.1. And on to on that, can you ude a umenand on 7.0.1?

Does sx os have a full shutdown feature like hekate? Right now I have to reboot with jig to sx os payloader and boot hekate to shut down. Seems convoluted. Is there a better way?

I already posted the below reply over at the Nintendo Switch 8.0.0 firmware update available thread HERE.

DO NOT update your EmuNand to 8.0 maunally using ChoiDujourNX, your EmuNand will boot to BLACK screen.

Like the previous 7.0.1 FW update, if you updated your SysNand to 7.0.1, EmuNand will fail to boot, TX released a SX OS update to fix this and I assume they will need to do the same for 8.0.

There is no reason to update your EmuNand on 7.0.1 to 8.0, but the game sorting feature would be nice.

Well talk about bad timing. Sx releases their update and juat hours after release 8.0 drops

Latest SX OS is simply a quick fix for some non working games like Hellblade.

8.0 firmware compatibility will take more time, trustzone has changed again. It is not as easy as you think.

Try pressing the power button 1 time when your Switch is on the black screen. Some users reported that the emunand boots that way.

If that doesn't work, try using Hekate to chainload SX OS. Someone reported that workaround as well.
