I reinitialized my system to inject a linked nintendo account. Before doing so, I backed up all my saves with checkpoint. I reformatted my sd card and copied back CFW and homebrew files, including checkpoint with the saves. However, when I run checkpoint it shows no saves at all. (And, I don't know if this is related, if I press trigger buttons the application freezes or crashes.)
So what am I missing? Why doesn't checkpoint acknowledge the save files in the root:\switch\checkpoint\saves\ folder?
UPDATE: I found a youtube video that clarified things for me. Checkpoint won't show saves unless the game has been run at least once. I hadn't run any games since initializing so that's why they hadn't shown up. I'm good. Hope this helps anyone else with the same question

After format - How do i restore my sd card and switch to work with sx os, licensed. And will my EMUNAND be still functional?
Isnt the emunand running on the SD Card.
Want to try your method but worried about not getting a functional switch after.

I bought the Pokemon Let's Go Special Edition Switch, unfortunately I didn't think about modding before buying it, I was kinda stupid.
I checked my serial number and unfortunately it falls under the "patched" consoles.
What does this mean?
I would just like to install SX OS, will it be possible for my console or not?

1. I am currently on 7.0.1.
2. Downloaded SX OS 2.6.1 Beta (Boots to SX OS fine)
3. Installed Auto-RCM
4. Backed up NAND
5. Created an Emunand
6. The first time I go to boot custom firmware (I can create the license request)
7. Anytime I enter Boot CFW after the first time. It goes Black, then restarts and boots into the main original Nintendo OS.
Any suggestions is greatly appreciated. Very frustrating.

Quick question regarding retroarch, specifically the mupen64 core on the latest version of the Kosmos/Atmosphere pack. All the cores seem to be working pretty well, aside from an occasional crash here and there, however, I seem to be having issues getting n64 games to run properly. Mario 64 seems to be the only title that runs well. I have dynarec enabled, retroarch is overlocked to the highest possible clock and the application itself is installed as a forwarder via nro2nsp, which I assume grants me the full ram access required to boot. Even with all that, I've tried Diddy Kong Racing and Conker's and they both run poorly with garbled audio.

I updated my Kosmos through my switch to 12.0.0 and restarted my Switch. However, when I go back to Albums, I no longer have access to my tools. Instead, the screenshots and videos from a normal Switch appear. How do I fix this so I can access my tools like Edizon, Goldleaf, etc.?

I usually keep my Switch in 'airplane' mode but occasionally I need to access wifi. When I turn off airplane mode, the wifi doesn't connect. I see this grayed out icon that alternates between no signal and signal. Again it's gray not white. Then I go into my internet settings and select the network I want to connect to and it tells me I need to update to do so. I cancel out of that and it still connects anyway.
Questions:
1. What do I need to do to make the wifi just connect automatically? It's been setup already because the password is stored in it.
2. Is it behaving like this because I have nintendo domains blocked at the router? (doubt this, but who knows)
3. At the very least can I stop the 'update' nag when I turn on wifi?

For example if I run a game I've installed with SXos(in Kosmos) and try and use Edizon in Kosmos will it work? or will I kill my switch?

sorry i think i typed my question in a confusing way. I understand that the fat32 works with switch, with not as much issues as the exfat.
I meant after i format the sd card to fat 32 - do i simply copy paste all those files and folders back onto the sd card and the sx os, and my homebrew apps will just work?
will i need to reinstall anything,
would i need to redo the EMUNAND system update.
What steps to take after formatting sd card to fat 32, to revert back to functional switch, functional sx os, able to load and play roms on my switch?

- You can setup 90DNS on your Switch.
You can have multiple CFW on the SD card without affecting your games although the only games you cannot launch in Kosmos will be .XCI files you mount.
Like I said, everything works on FAT32. As long as you're not using MacOS or certain versions of Windows 10, you can just move the files onto a FAT32 SD card.
It has been a planned feature since Day 1. Please don't ask when its coming out.
