Hello I bought a hacked wii with only WiiFlow and a hard drive with games in it. The games used to work fine but then I tried to put some Just Dance games in the hard drive. I installed them, took the ISO and converted to WBFS, then put the WBFS in the hard drive.

None of the Just Dance games worked, except for the one who had come with the hard drive (Just Dance Greatest Hits), so i removed them all from the hard drive and gave up. I always got a black screen that wouldn't go away unless I unplugged the console

Now I tried to play some of the games that I used to be able to play (that came with the hard drive) and they aren't working either, I keep getting this black screen even though I removed the Just Dance Games, what can I do??? Please help me!

PS: messing with the settings I pressed something called "extract NANDS" and then a loading bar appeared, I wonder if this has something to do with the problem?

That might have something to do with the problem if you also modified "saves NAND emulation" settings in "NAND emulation settings" menu. Extract NAND is a feature that basically makes a copy of your wii internal storage (the wii nand, with your official saves, wiiware games, channels, miis and stuff), onto your external storage (in sd:/nands/default folder if you're using an SD card). Then you can use this "virtual" nand (or emunand) to install and play wiiware games, channels and redirect wii saves, with a lot more free space than the real nand.
But for some reason, some setups don't work well with wii saves on emunand, so maybe you changed this setting in wiiflow and you're stuck with this black screen.
Try to set "saves NAND emulation" to OFF in Wiiflow (your saves will be redirected to the real nand). There's also a per-game "NAND emulation" setting that must be set to default to use your global settings.

You have to change iOS on wiiflow settings for those new games.
Check what ios the working games have, and set the same ios for the new games you install.

Just dance games (even Just Dance 2019) work fine with default IOS settings. Also she said that games that used to work now get a black screen. That means something was changed to the way games are launched, or that files have been moved to another folder and Wiiflow cache not updated.

I Recommend you plug the usb drive into your pc and do a chkdsk to scan it for errors. Hopefully your hard drive isnt corrupted.

depending on the setup, wiiflow should be set manually.

Here's an update.

Yesterday I formatted my hard drive, I used WiiBackupManager to put just one game into it (Rhythm Heaven) and it worked.

However, I downloaded more games (39 more to be exact) and today I also put them into the hard drive, in the exact same way that I put Rhyhtm Heaven. And when I booted it up, none of them worked, INCLUDING Rhythm Heaven

I formatted my hard drive yet again. Put Rhythm Heaven back in (using Backup Manager) and now it doesn't work at all, even though I did the same procedure that got it to work the first time......I have no idea what to do.

USB Loader GX won't recognize my HD either so I can't even use that....is there something else I should install??
