There is no proof of your claim, you could have taken that just from any other seized domain.

The difference being you probably don't work for a company that allows you to pirate games. This isn't some company traded on the stock market or any international market at all. They can migrate how ever they want and not explain a thing. I'm not sticking up for them or saying it's right, but to compare them to your "legal" job just doesn't really make sense.

You are taking it from an old domain. If you check the update date of the whois on it, it's from 2018.

This is their old website, but it shows they have had a legal history with Nintendo by doing a simple whois lookup and seeing Nintendo seizing the domain.
This is a non-exhaustive list, but some highlights.
Doing a whois lookup on Xecuter, Team Xecuter and StargateNX's domains reveals the name server is suspended.prolocation.net, and the domain status is clientHold.
So the domains are clearly suspended, but if you lookup what clientHold means you will see it is is either of the following options:
Considering Nintendo has been keen on DMCAing TX resellers within the last couple months - it seems only natural that they would go for the source next, especially considering they recently were selling pirated games via StargateNX.
Others here are posting whois information of Nintendo seizing their active domains and then covering it up. I can't confirm these claims however, but they are being posted by reputable scene members, including sources that I have heard privately.

Interesting Tidbits
- TX's new site appears among a good handful of others when doing an IP lookup.
- GaryOpa on this thread has lied multiple times saying it is a simple maintenance, or migration of data. This is not true due to the indisputable reasons listed above, among other oddities that I pointed out a few pages back.
- Very suspicious that they can setup a temporary site so quickly, yet still have issues if this is just a "data migration" like GaryOpa says (who totally doesn't have any financial stake in this whatsoever).
- They are deleting any discussion of this on their Facebook page, but are conveniently leaving up all of the usual community spam including ones asking why the site is down from previous outages, and even advertisement from competing CFWs (lol).
- As I'm sure most have suspected, but TX is in fact not in China where copyright laws don't apply. They are likely located in France, or the Netherlands.
- Total coincidence that MaxConsole appears when looking up hosting / IP history of Team Xecuter's sites here and here. Like I said, GaryOpa has no financial ties

Well, Max Louarn has had legal issues with Nintendo before, in Paris, Nintendo lost. He had legal issues with Nintendo in Hong Kong, Nintendo won.
