I mean that piracy is being promoted through flashcards, cfw tutorials and payed cfw (SX) in these forums everywhere. Team Xecuter is making profits from piracy for ages yet they are still active here. Maybe they are not promoting all other questionable services on these forums but neither is blawar so why would this make any difference? As long he is following the forum guidelines (not spamming stargate-like services) I don't see any problem getting payed for code he wrote. Is it morally wrong? Yes. Is everyone here any better? No.
Also he sold his source code, there is not any proof he wrote any CDN support. Everyone could have written that by now. And even if he did, again, who cares ..

I don't know of another dev who has sold out to TX. They've tried well known devs, but they know better.

The whole issue is, Blawars attitude toward other devs, toward the community in general (look at his Discord), and it popped in my head, he's probably in on Stargate, since its his code.

Sounds like you're running a smear campaign and the fact this thread is allowed really shows the complacency of staff. Keep the bullshit drama out and don't act like you're taking the high road when you have no regard toward other devs and their attacks.

Whether or not he has a toxic attitude means little for the community. The attacks against him, even for selling HIS code is downright pathetic. You're no better than the enemy you're so adamantly against. The arrogance is absolutely astounding.

What is 'better'? Providing piracy tools for free? If you are making code, you might as well get paid for it. There is no difference between his code and ReiNX' for example. Both enable piracy. I could make my own KirovGATE NX service and compile a build of Goldleaf with CDN support as well. Let's ban XorTroll then shall we?

I don't defend his attitude, just his code. Gbatemp can ban him (and please, make sure to ban all other trolls active here as well) all they want for his toxic behaviour. There's just no reason to get on the ethics here, on a board full of pirates.

Does it seem crazy? Blawar sold his code to TX. The only code that has CDN support. TX starts a new service, that uses CDN.
I hope I'm wrong, that's why I'm looking for answers.

they didn't sell out to TX but Kate Tempkin tried selling stuff from the scene and was kicked out.
