ROM Hack Is gbadev.org shutting down?

No insider info or anything but I was there a few months back and they had a, then recent, little roll call/anybody still here thread and the general consensus seemed to be to keep it active/up.

I don't know who the owner/admin/server botherer is these days but I see many of the higher ups there around the place on various emulation and console dev forums and you could probably find someone. That said news is still being posted so hopefully that won't be necessary.

Would be a pity if it did go as there is some very nice info scattered across those forums.

I really hope the GBAdev forums aren't gone forever. Lots of good info there, like first-hand experience with the fiddly GBA linker cable serial connection. We've already lost PocketHeaven to the ether which was a personal blow to me since I contributed so much to their wiki years ago; yet gbadev.org also specifically requested not be crawled via their robots.txt file, so archive.org won't be of much help here.

GbaDev dot org forum is now back ONLINE!!!

I know about why forum was down? Because was upgraded, plus converting HTTP into HTTPS right now etc...

Enjoy that forum! :)
