If anyone can share some info on why the Xenoverse 2 codes don’t work, I apply them but they don’t actually apply in game.

if both titleid and buildid matches and it still doesn't work then it is a bad pointer

yeah, search the address and edit it on the fly or try to find a different pointer for it

Well I’ve been trying to find the memory location of the currently loaded player character for smash bros ultimate so I can attempt to make a modifier and allow players to play as master hand but I can never get the round 0 comparasion to complete. I’ve done a 8 bit signed search for any value as I doubt the character values are higher than 8 bit. I start with Mario as player no items cpu is mii fighter then I pick battlefield I do my first dump for any 8 bit. Then I quit and load everything the same but then I change to donkey Kong as the player and load into a match and attempt a search again no matter what I try if it’s increment or difference it gets to Base+064c550e00 (0x1b2000 bytes) then stops and never finishes yes I have space on my sd card for men dump and it stops on the same spot even through multiple reboots of the game

no way man, even 32 bit any value search would take hours for the first few searches, 8 bit could take a day

Hmm Smash has Only 1,5Gb Memory Range

Most other Games have 2,5-3GB Memory Range.

A 8 Bit Search whit Sx need for me 2 Hours.

there is a save editor for edizon. you can edit the weapon and the first armor of the first character, and also give yourself lots of HL

Well I got it to complete the compare 0 now I have it doing a difference compare and it’s been running since 1am it’s currently 11:41am and it’s about 75% done with compare #1

it is a nightmare to search for any value 8 bit, at this rate it could take you days before reaching a decent number of results, also hoping it won't crash in the process

That could be why no one has tried to make a code yet. I’m on comparing memory round #2 2621440/395730172 this is going to be awhile
