According to the chart you shouuld be fine! I found numerous units at Best Buy the day I bought mine. Modded it this weekend with SX PRO and it's awesome!!

BTW... was in Target a couple hours ago and just for the heck of it I picked up a unit and checked the serial... it was a hackable unit! So far I'm seeing lots of these things still out in the wild.

Yeah, I was concerned but looks like it was unfounded

I'll be taking it to work with me this week and getting it up and running hopefully before xmas. I should have already ordered a dongle if i'm going to go that route. Still haven't researched that part of it enough just yet.
