Hey, Short question,
So, I forgot to make an actual nand backup before booting into cfw via hekate.

It has been offline the entire time.

Is it possible to clean the NAND / clear the logs?
Are NAND dumps locked to systems, or can I just snatch someone else's?

or am I just screwed..?

The only thing I can think of is to recreate your NAND using prodinfo (which seem like a lot of work for nothing in may case).
And NAND bacmys are console specific.

Portions of the Switch NAND are specific to your Switch, so you can't just flash somebody else's NAND onto your Switch. Logs can be cleared using dreport, but that is now deprecated and discouraged since firmware 5.1.x I believe. Were any error logs generated while in CFW? If not you should be fine, especially if you never even went online.

Dreport cleans only error logs, not telemetry right? Also, there are other logs than errors.

Yeah there were 2 instances of errors during the playthrough of Celeste and within the homebrew launcher.

Yes, I believe so. My mistake!

dreport would clear the error logs; creport prevents Nintendo from receiving them as far as I know.

Yes. But only if you have sent the errors, but then you go online without any. And he has been offline, so it should be safe.
Firmwares 5.0 and higher can detect if error logs were cleared. Not to mention that there's no way for him to actually get or use the kip for nx-dreport without compiling it himself since there are no longer anymore pre-compiled sources.

I can give it to him. But in that case, is there anything which is safe (when offline)?

Sooo now what.. Just system format then?

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

A user by the name of thaikoha kept saying a factory reset would clear error logs. Now I haven't had the time to test it myself but without a clean NAND backup, a factory reset is your best bet.
Anything else I should keep in consideration?

also looked into hekate, and noticed that 7 fuses were burnt, is that normal?

You're kinda screwed. I wouldn't recommend wiping the logs because Nintendo might find that sketchy and ban you. I mean...you can to a system wipe, NAND backup, then launch e-shop to see if you're good?! Don't be surprised if you're banned though. No you can't use another person's NAND dump, They are specific to the console.
