How in the world does that justify anything?
Also, where I live that wouldn't even be possible. Sealed games, if opened, can not be returned.
They can be if they are "defective" and just incase any lurkers are reading this gbatemp does not condone piracy or the actions of its users
I think that we don't need to argue about it beeing immoral or not. I for myself will just play my games like MHXX and SSB online from cadrige until where will be an Emunand. Until then I wont start with piracy.

Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
