Check the serial numbers posted in the OP. If you want 100% confirmation, there's a tutorial you can follow which is also included in the OP.

You have to check the serial number on the bottom of the box, and compare to the list on the 1st page.

I followed this thread to check my Switch :

the result is not the same than described in it
but :
- I got a lot of information
- a smiley (pretty happy)
- a QR code
- "fusee gelee" written on my screen

So to many clues indicating that my switch is unpatched
If you are lost by comparing your result with those in this tutorial, check my list

and by the way I'm happy

Since I have checked like dozens of Switch boxes (and all seem to be un-patched), I was just wondering if any of you, especially the ones with patched devices, have a copyright with year 2018 printed on top of the box.
Every single box I saw was 2017 and probably it could be an additional indicator for patched revisions.
I just added it to my data set and if you like the idea, feel free spread it @Essometer

I would suggest OP to add "RCM works" as an additional field above "Fusée Gelée works". Some people may be going by the "RCM OK" message instead of the 0x7000 stack smash.

RCM works in every Switch consoles, patched or unpatched. No point in adding a useless field. Fusée Gelée compatibility is what should concern any potential buyer.
