Trying to back-up Super Mario Odyssey. Is it because I docked the Nintendo Switch half way through the process? Or should I reformat my Micro-SD card into exFat?

WAINCartDumperNX (0.0.3) ended up working in the end, the solution could have been a number of things. Not docking the Switch, formatting the micro-SD card as exFat, keeping the Jig and Dongle plugged in.
