Hacking Discussion how many of you have been banned

So given that people are getting themselves banned. Might as well see the severity of it. For me, I haven't gotten banned. Likely because I've been playing it extremely safe, being offline when using cfw, clearing logs almost every time before I go online, I have used layered fs, but offline only. Being on ofw when going online. Not doing anything stupid. Like online cheating, expecting to go online with a injected title. So far I haven't gotten banned yet, and don't plan to any time soon.

I haven't been online since May, and crashed a few times via browser hax, trying to play Super Mario World.

I can't even check if I'm banned, since I'm on 3.0.0.

Well I haven't seen any threads make a poll on who's gotten banned, if they are playing it safe, clearing logs etc. Sure, there are ban threads, but at least mine can't be boiled down to a copy of another thread if you know what I mean.

I also havent seen threads of banned people using yellow font but im not gonna create another one just cuz of that.

Yes, ban waves are a thing, dont create multiple threads, please.

Don't think I'm banned but honestly don't care. Didn't buy the switch to play online. I got me around 6 backups and emulators. I'm happy

So, having a poll, asking people if they got banned. Even though no one, or anyone I'm yet to see has made a poll, that both ask if they are playing it safely and if they are banned or not. Doesn't warrant a thread. I mean the first line in my thread states
"So given that people are getting themselves banned. Might as well see the severity of it."
I'm yet to see anyone ask a similar question.

If someone made a similar thread, with a poll asking if other people were banned, then I wouldn't make that thread. But no one has yet to at least get data on how many people got banned. So I took that opportunity.

Got banned:
I can't:
Play online, even on games that don't use Nintendo servers like Fortnite or Minecraft
Access eShop on Switch(Read I can for more details)
Unlink Nintendo Account via official ways
Add friends to my friend list

I can:
Update games
Access eShop on Nintendo.com and download games and DLC from there(Update download stats on settings)

Untested:
Post screenshots on social media
Add gold to My Nintendo
Check if my linked New 2DS is also banned

Maybe in the poll you can add more options for what people did before being banned such as using LayeredFS to play backups, updating games in CFW on SX OS, etc.

Kind of wish to. But having all the options feel cluttered (if not already.) I'll think about adding it.

Luckily I'm still not banned. Using sx only for offline or airplane mode and playing online only with cartridge/digital that I have bought. I'm playing fortnite now.

I think it's the games on the home menu there link to the switch as far as the switch knows so when you go online hey I own this and that when you don't so I recommend backup your saves delete the game when you attempt to go online and just mount the game back later

Played it safe - SX OS only, no layered FS, no online play with non-genuine games. No problems.

How do i know if im banned? I did updated my backups but never accesed any nintendo online service. Didnt even link my account yet.

Just got banned sometime in the last 12 hours. Ran a lot of homebrew, used a little bit of layeredfs (mainly?) Offline. Booted sx os no license. No cheating.

Anyone know if I can transfer the account to a clean switch?
