Hacking Themes question

So I just finished installing all my games as fake pkgs... now I'm trying to get a custom theme. I found some fake pkg themes but they don't stay applied after rebooting. Is there a way to install custom themes in a way that will stay?

The themes will only appear once HEN is active. Once I enable HEN and close out to main screen, I then hold the PS button and then sign out of the PS and then back in... and theme is back, but this will not survive a reboot as our exploits are not coldboot.
