DO NOT UPGRADE TO USE THIS!

The original idea for this was from @shamdul on the ReSwitched Discord. I helped him out on the Discord getting it working and then cleaned up the code a bit and added 4.x support. I've been using it for the past week to get into homebrew launcher on my Switch with no issues. All it does is load up Horizon with homebrew enabled with all the other functions of Hekate being striped out. This does not fix the sleep bug and only works on 4.x and 5.x Switches. It is recommended to only use this for development, anyone else should wait for Atmosphere.

Is there any way for us to change the splashscreen ?

Let's be real...A HEN isn't A stock FW...it's custom..So A HEN in itself is A CFW.

Yes, let's be real.

Firmware is a type of software which loads from solid state storage at startup. Hekate isn't loading from solid state storage at startup, therefore it's not firmware. If it's not firmware, then it can't be custom firmware.

It would be more valid to argue that the switch os isn't firmware at all, than argue hekate is custom firmware.

In command prompt type:
pip install Pillow
Then just drag and drop the image on the script
I get the same thing, "Invalid Syntax"

Hang on, that was from before, it is still downloading

Ok, I think I figured it out, It appears zlib was missing, which is needed in order to install pillow

Please make A thread about it and let everyone know what u think. idc either way. But i'm not really trying to hijack this thread.

Rather than argue to death the damn HEN/CFW/flying pigs debate, let's post our Switchblade splash screens!

No attempt at originality made, I've attached mine.

Make sure you installed it with PIP for Python 3 and not Python 2.7. Same thing happened to me. In my case it was `pip3 install Pillow`.
Yeah, I am using python 3.4

I got this when trying pip3 install pillow

Requirement already satisfied: pillow in c:\python34\lib\site-packages (5.1.0)

I even tried this to make sure it was installed as a module

Python 3.4.0 (v3.4.0:04f714765c13, Mar 16 2014, 19:25:23) [MSC v.1600 64 bit (AM
D64)] on win32
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
>>> import PIL
>>> from PIL import Image
>>> Image
<module 'PIL.Image' from 'C:\\Python34\\lib\\site-packages\\PIL\\Image.py'>
