I have had this problem before. Im hacking a old 3ds xl and I cant install and delete all files. Where can I get the right files? Nothing working for me

I cant install and delete all cias. I tried switching the files and that still didnt work.

Sorry to say this, but we have a hard understanding what you're trying to explain to us.
  1. Are you trying to delete the games and titles you've already installed on the 3DS?
  2. Did you install these games/titles when they were .cia format? Did you use the CIA installer application called FBI?
  3. Are the games/titles you're trying to reinstall homebrew ones or official/Nintendo releases?
  4. Does SD card has enough space to add more games?
