ok, well it's great, among the top of the line, but not perfect.
-homebrew doesn't load from dsorganize (cyclo just fixed this, so r4 should too)
-autodetecting opera with the 3in1 (must set the 3in1 first)
-the wii connectivity
-the time thing in cyclo
-ingame light adjustment and slowing.
these are all really optional changes, but I'm just saying it's not perfect. Compatibility wise, i think there's not much needed, just basic fixes on certain games that should be easily done.
especially with cyclods releasing updates at the request of fans, i think the r4 has plenty of room for new features. of course i'd like some unique features that the cyclods doesn't have, but those are some of the ones the r4 doesn't have and another product does.
ooh, realtime saves would be clutch. the screenshot idea would be cool.

I also am wishing they would release a firmware update if only to be sure that they are still there and that all those rumors about them (due to R4's short supply) are nothing but misinformations and speculations...
It saves to C:\R4\backup\saves\ on defualt
and looks for .sav files from the G:\DS\ drive and folder in default
Just copy that to notepad and save as DSsaves.bat and run it, you can edit the source of the roms to where ever your .sav files are located. Mine are just in a DS folder off the g: drive.

I believe its firmware dependant. As users can't update the R4 firmware chip full stop, I doubt it's likely to happen.Just a curious question. Is SDHC compatibility determined by hardware or software? I remember reading somebody saying that it's software.

Person arguing with retman, You can customize the Game, Media, And Slot 2 icons, using a special theme maker available for download on one of the pages on this forum. Just take a look at the 'R4DS Skins' Thread to see well over 500 themes with different icons. However, as of yet there is no way to change the Icons without first pluggin the MIcro SD Into the computer and going to the themes folder to do so. Please do not argue, as it spams up threads. Retman did not mean anything nasty, he was just asking you what you needed. he was, in fact, trying to help you.

I just thought of something I think would be nice for Firmware v1.12.
The baility to have more than 12 themes on your R4. I dont understand why you cant have more than 12 ATM, and hope that they can change this to have a larger number, or maybe even unlimited.

I'm a huge fan of Ace Attorney, you should really check it out! I read countless reviews about it, but I didn't want to spent money on it, because I didn't know if I'd like it or not.
When I had my first flashcart, after a few days a put Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney (the first game) on it, and I couldn't stop playing! The story is great, I like the humour, I can't really say anything negative about it... Yeah, maybe: they should add more touch controls like in Case 5 of the DS remake, but they did in Ace Attorney 4
Maybe I write to much. Just play it already
