nds-bootstrap loader: Run commercial NDS backups from an SD Card

nds-bootstrap:

Thanks to the work of ahezard, Gericom, Apache, Robz8, _catcatcat, and shutterbug2000 and other contributors, we can now load NDS games from the SD card, without any flashcard/SLOT-1 card.

Don't expect high compatibility, but do expect many, many updates.

Checked new commit.

Some improvments.
RESIDENT EVIL DS - Video loadings MUCH faster, door animations load instantly, but after skip animation - loading two-three second (I think because of music).
English of The Dead - Minor loadings, but game work faster.
Call of Duty 4 - Work faster, less minor loadings.
Ace Attorney 1 and 3 - I don't know how, but AA3 work better then AA1.
TRAUMA CENTER - PERFECT! FINALLY! NO LAGS!
ROUGUE AGENT 007 - Finally not stucking in first level. Work perfect.

Wow the latest unofficial is a huge improvement! Load times are much faster in Yugioh Nightmare Troubadour and Digimon World Dawn. Amazing to see how far this project has progressed.

Yep, just updated to latest unofficial, and MKDS, and Metroid Prime Pinball are loading much quicker. Pinball specifically is running much smoother, and the slowdowns a bit less frequent, and shorter.

Great work, and thank you for all of this!

Are you working on the sleep mode function at all? The reason I ask is because with the latest unofficial build, sleep mode is more buggy than usual in few games, so I figured something about it must be changing and just not finished yet.

Bummer stilll no change in Chrono Trigger DS & Solatorobo: Red the Hunter (actually i take that back, CTDS from the 21st atleast made it to an instant red screen for me. w/ the verry latest unoffical. not even that now)
Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days still no change, (except how fast it goes.) w/ forceset or just set to on, red top screen but rather fast after ds bootsplash. with donor rom set to off. it takes a second longer. nothing else that i have i bother to really test till major updates as they are all games that boot now, allready at a playable speed or run perfect.

edit: considering im bored AF in DPS Que hell on FFXIV, i started testing game si had that had hellish loading times/frequent loads.
Digimon World Dusk the consitant studder/loading pauses in diolouge in intro is gone battle has alot less studders and only main problems seem to be on Area change and main menu transitioning from titlescreen (press Start) to Options display (New/Continue Nintendo WiFi Connection)

Here is the updated list, now some of the games doesn't work on this unofficial build i'll let you guess which one it is,
at least some of the games has been improved a bit.

There's no buildbot. It's pushed manually by me or @umbjolt.
