As far as I know there is no fix and it has something to do with some hooks that ntr uses that get touched when homebrew launches, something along those lines, or at least thats what i got from it when i looked into it but don't really remember anymore. It's been happening for a kinda long time I noticed it when I was on 11.2.Thanks guys! Does anyone have a fix? I'm on 11.3 with Luma CFW but I'd like to go online and stream at the same time. Anyone?
Yes but you need 11.4 to be able to go online, unless you can get ctr-httpwn working. It works, just not with NTR at the moment.
I'm not sure. I'm on Luma 7.0. How would I look for that?
So am I SOL on streaming and recording? Like having to choose one or the other?
its already done by luma automatically. there is no toggle to turn it off or on. its just like removing the "out of region" lock, luma patches them with no user configuration being needed
My 3DS is on Luma v7 and running FW v11.3 and I can't get into the eShop. So did I miss something? Pokemon works fine, so were good there.
Mode 3 is for games like Smash4, Sun/Moon, and MHXX on o3DS/2DS systems only since those games are extended memory mode games. If you have a n3DS, just use the normal ones. If you don't plan to use NTR with Smash4/Sun+Moon/MHXX and you have an o3DS/2DS, use a normal one.

Does anyone know what this is? This occurs when running NTR + ACNL NTR hacks, and whenever the game saves. I try to manually make it error like this and it sometimes takes a few saves before crashing, any ideas?
Mode 3 and regular NTR are both 2.7.3, I am on 11.3 and on the latest luma.

I simply cannot get this installed.. I have tried the current and past versions, every single CIA, have deleted the config file (manually) and the CIA between installs, I have even tried multiple CIA's at the same time.
I get the same issue every single time.

- I install, it identifies as 2.6, goes through the settings screen, and hangs. It doesn't reach the update, just sit there. I abort.
- I restart it, then it updates to 2.7.3, finishes, press ok, updated, reboot..
- When I restart, I get the setting screen on boot, 2.7.3
- It sets up 3.2-3.4 as usual
- Then as always,
- Loading 3.4
- Load failed!
- #firmware unknown
- #detected firm: 2.48.3
The problem is from the plugin, I can't help you. Contact the author.
Don't use Mode 3 for this game and try another plugin, it's your plugin the issue.
Update your system, 9.4 is not supported.
You can also downgrade to a supported firmware (9.0-9.2 should be).
I can't upgrade or downgrade due to game and homebrew requirements. Great... thanks anyway.
Unless it has been fixed, 11.4 kills the homebrew launcher (and other things) and it cannot be reinstalled at this point.
EDIT: Apparently the 11.2 payload works. Updating now.. fingers crossed.

You don't need the homebrew launcher for BootNTR.
However if you need it for others things, you can just do a ctrtransfert to 9.2, 11.3 or any other supported version.
