nope it is a chip in the cart :"(
The only reason this works is they sort of gave it like a time out function so if you weren't near any magnetic fields which is like impossible these days you'd still be able to play.
The time out takes sooooo long that if this game comes out in ENG I'm gonna have to buy it.

*edit

People say it uses the DSs WiFi to detect magnetic fields but all the ads and even in the intro say it's in the cart plus i havent seen my wifi light blink yet when i scan.

P.S. Anybody know what that 3 digit number thing is when you start a game after you enter your name but before you confirm the clock. It can't be 000 and you can re-set it in the options menu.

Why didnt they just use the dang components, it would have made no much more sense to use what u got instead of gay add-ons lol.

Okay once you hit lvl 2 it starts using wifi. And I think the 3 digit number is setting the sensitivity of the magnetic field reader in the chip. So in conclucion it finds stuff by pinging routers with wifi and by magnetic fields which only works if you have the official cart. I could still be wrong but i remember reading an article on this game a long time ago and they said find magnetic fields with a special chip in the cartridge.

Well at least we get them eventually. Can't complain really.

Sure you can. You're on the Internet now.
Ah I see! GOD DAMMIT I WANT EVERY GAME EVER DUMPED, EVEN THOSE NOT OUT YET, CAN'T YOU DAMN PEOPLE DUMP THEM????
If you use P2P, you must also complain about how slow the guy whose connection you're abusing is going.

And also complain about compatibility with your ancient, antiquated flash cart that nobody else gives a flying shit about.

Speaking of "It's a Wonderful World" isn't it due out in Japan by Xmas this year? Hopefully the US will have it by next spring?

Silly, it comes out in Japan on the 27th. There's no news on an American release as the title "It's a Wonderful World" is already licensed, but I'm sure they'll put it up some way or another.
