Children of Mana has kept my interest in the last few days. And I always jump to Picross, Brain Age (for sudoku), and Planet Puzzle League for some quick gaming if I don't have a lot of time to play.

i find children of mana quite boring and the 484654861496324687 confirmations that you need for even the puniest task as well as the time it takes for each confirmation to be frustrating. But i did enjoyed shining soul 2 on the gba

i play rocket slime currently and it could be my fav game so far ^^

I'm not too far in CoM yet, so maybe I haven't noticed the annoyances you're talking about. I just like the fighting/overall gameplay. I haven't played Rocket Slime because it felt extremely childish when I first tried it out. Maybe I'll give it another go since a lot of people are repping it.

I tried Rocket Slime, but I couldn't get through the part where you have to rescue your friends and I couldn't get anywhere because it said "you wouldn't leave your friends, would you?" and I couldn't find anybody to rescue.

That kinda frustrated me so I just deleted it. hah

Animal Crossing is addictive, especially with Wi-Fi.

Mario Kart is an obvious one.

Also try Mario Hoops 3-on-3. I don't like sport games but this is really fun and the visuals are some of the best on the DS.

Yeah, MK DS and Mario Hoops are definately good games, I love them both, and those are two games I'm still playing after several months

Go to ign.com and go to the ds section. And on the left panel click review.
Than choose a genre and it will display the rating of each game. Thats how I pick my games.
And also on the left panel there are editors choice games, which means that games that got a 8.5 rating and higher.
Also i recommend 2 others game that isnt on ign because they are Jap.
Bleach 2nd and Jump Ultimate Star. They are pretty understandale and FUN!

Its a sad world where gaming magazines and websites decide what games we should buy. But I use this same method to find games I haven't and 'should' play.

My favorite game would be advance wars. Its perfect:)

... What's wrong with gaming magazines and websites?
Most of them provide pretty good, well-thought out reviews from experienced gamers. =P

.. Just wondering.

Fucking Tetris if done properly on any console. Hoohah.

I have the Tetris which was made for the Gameboy brick which I love. But now the DS doesn't support Gameboy color/brick games.

I absolutely HATE Tetris DS. It's this huge screen and they only use like 1/4 of it to actually play the Tetris game, and who the heck needs to know your next 9823904890238490821341 shapes you're gonna get. You only need to know one -- don't have to take the whole screen for your next shapes.

damn tipsy what kind of games do you like? I love Advance Wars, it gives you such a sense of accomplishment beating a map, and every single one is so different. Great bang for your buck (I bought it) or you could just as easily download it.
