Hacking Can I use my newly banned 3DS to downgrade a BF 3DS?

My Luma O3DS was banned. I just ordered a $99 N3DS which I've read will be on 11.0.

Even though the O3DS is banned..can I use it to downgrade the N3DS? Or would the N3DS essentially be downgraded but the system also banned?

You can System Transfer from O3DS to N3DS what are you talking about? I'm confused now

Last time I have read the holy hax bible (plailect guide) you could only do a N3DS>N3DS system transfer and O3DS>O3DS

So maybe I'm outdated but who knows

O3DS>N3DS is the way things work usually.

the only restriction is N3DS>O3DS

Edit: bypassing the ban and with l9h you can transfer

you will be fine! i did the banned o3ds to new 3ds xl system transfer a few days ago, and it didnt transfer the ban.

Really? Is there any confirmation? I really want to do this as well. I have injected a friendcodeb, blank nnid, and arm.bin to help surpass the bans do i keep them? Will it be safe to system transfer using the fixes?

OP can you confirm that this worked for you? Im very curious as my o3ds and banned and i have a stock n3dsxl i wanted to downgrade

Are you sure? Other people say that the second 3DS will be banned too.
First 3DS: NNID linked? 022 & 002 errors?
Second 3DS: Previous NNID or new one? Can you download from eShop?

those bans work with console id! you cant transfer that..
also the nnid doesnt get banned with 022-2812 or 002-0102 error bans...

People does not understand, NNID normally is not ban, what is banned is the console ability to unlink and link new NNID and use games and applications that need NNID.

If U have at hand a nice clean CTR in the sight of N servers, U can call them and ask to link the NNID from the dirty banned one to the clean console.

022-2812 is the ID console blocked to register new NNID and use anything that requires NNID

002-0102 is ban that prevent games that does not use NNID to go online. This ban can easily be overthrow with a simple unbanned LocalFriendCodeSeed_B injection.

There's conflicting reports. Some people have seen it not transfer the ban, others have had the source console unbanned while the target system is banned, allegedly.
