Can i tiddy up 3DS SD card?

Hi guys, my n3ds SD card is full of crap, empty folders, log files, random screenshots and ROMs from emulators that I never used.
Is there any way I can clean it? leave only what is necessary from boot9strap, luma, godmode9... I've had this 3DS for many years, so I no longer know what everything on the card is for.
Any idea?

Keep only the "boot.firm" and "boot.3dsx" files for Luma3DS and HBL, as well as the "luma" directory for your Luma configuration and payloads.

https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup shows the bare minimum that you need.

You can always just back up everything else, delete it from your SD card, and then restore things if something stops working.

As for those random Sc
just backup everything (copy it to some where else)
just in case you delete something important.
and I pretty sure I am sot the only one who has taken accidental SC as well so just ditch those
