Well not to sound rude but there usually a rule to using hacks on systems.

  1. Do not update the system until someone confirm is safe to do so.
Usually even if your system is hacked and people say is break proof, still someone must confirm if it is safe for all features. No one knows what updates are capible of, we learned this when wii u got up date to use gamepad as a second screen which people didn't think was possible. :P

That wasn't rude at all. Don't worry.
As you understood, I am indeed new at this. Which is why I ask dumb question and try to learn. I thought there was perhaps a script or program that enabled the creation of those save files, instead of waiting aimlessly and asking everytime. Basically, give the man fish or teach him to fish for himself.
Wasn't arrogance, just trying to go for personal development, I supppose.
Again, thank you for replying, you are correct in all aspects. I take no offense in that.

the save for 11.1 powersave

Thank you so much.

This stuff gets confusing, especially after reading different things from so many different people. I've even seen a video where someone installed it using the powersaves on FW 11.1.0-34(U but not really important). Here I read people saying it does work on 11.1-34 but on this most recent page I read someone else saying it does not work and the person seems to be of high status or knowing. Could I get a final verdict on whether or not it can work, can be installed, on FW 11.1.0-34(U) through the powersaves method?
I think I understand clearly how to install it through the powersaves method, though figuring out which file exactly I need to use is still unclear and there does not seem to be clear directions on how to figure it out. I'll worry about that part later, seeing as how someone seems to have posited an appropriate file for the powersaves method for 11.1.0-34(U).

You can install it via Powersaves, however the Powersaves version has not been released yet. It will work, it can fail to launch Homebrew occasionally, but it will work.

Actually, the Powersaves version (including v11.1.0-34) has been released!

yup, same for me, so much people and official websites say that the oothax is supposed to work on 11.0.0-33E, but not for me unfortunately! Hope that someone will release a sploit installer that works with 11.0.0-33E here maybe (currently it's not working, the game always crash and go back to the 3ds menu)

The installer crashes on 11.0+ because of the randomization that Nintendo added in the 11.0 update and because the creator either never fixed it or couldn't fix it. The exploit itself works on 11.0. I know because I've used oothax multiple times.

Ah thank you very much KunoichiZ! Great to hear confirmation from someone who has experienced success with it. Also, after doing this myself, I can confirm it does indeed not only work but that all you need to do is:

1) make a back up of your save file, doesn't matter if you want it or not- you just need a save file made.
2) download the appropriate powersaves .bin file for your region. if you get a "corrupt save data message" then you selected the wrong cardid folder, use the other one. the file you need to use inside of that is the one that corresponds to your region, and then the one that matches the name of your ropbin file that you would download from the homebrew website. you simply input your firmware version in the numerical fields and then click download to pop up the download message which identifies the appropriate .bin file to use.
3) copy and paste that file into your powersaves folder (Users/YOURNAME/powersaves)
4) rename your original back up to something else so that you can try again in case you messed up.
5) rename that .bin file you got from the powersaves folder from the oot3dhax download to match the name of your original save file (copy and paste the info before .bin extension)
6) go to restore the save file using powersaves and a new local save should be listed and will be named something like oot3dhax (idr I didn't pay THAT much attention) and that is what you will "restore".
7) boot up your game, if you did everything correctly you will be able to select a save file and the hax/HBL save slot will have some ridiculous name that extends past its limit, if you got the save data corrupt message then you simply used the wrong cardid so try the other folder.
I hope this helps clear up all the confusion for everyone, hopefully I helped the veterans here. I am new. Thanks to KunoichiZ, the member who posted the youtube video, and that youtube user himself.

Well, It still crashes like 90% of the time and kick me to home menú. :')
I had this happening to me after my first installation and after I had just gotten done using the MHGen save editor in my HBL. I fixed it by restoring the oot3dhax via powersaves. But for me it presented a message something along the lines of "a software error occurred and the system will now restart" and it was basically stuck doing this until I restored the powersave. Which method do you use?

I tried both methods. On HBL installer (I've got a9lh), it installed the payload but kicked me like 99% of the time when trying to access the hbl by the game. It worked one time, so I confirmed the exploit works (at least on cfw). I tried powersave version and it works as bad as the other installer, dunno why. :C

Really? I've had a 100% boot rate since it became "unstable" as some say

Do you mean it works 100% of the times you try to boot hbl? On 11.1? Eur or US?
