okay I will try. Quick question, if I use my 2ds sd card to downgrade to 2.1.0, can I use my 3ds sd card to install A9LH straight or do I have to go through part 2 and a few of part 3 in the link @proflayton123 post? I have redNand installed on my 3ds sd card already.

You must do everything separately on the consoles. Do NOT attempt to mix shit. The reason you need to downgrade to 2.1 is for your OTP, and if you try to use that on your other systrem, say good bye

When you quote yourself nobody gets any notification about your post.
I'd recommend:
1 - Stop quoting yourself.
2a - Write a new post, putting @Username replacing username with the proper forum handle/username of the person you want to bring attention. (example, if you write a post and put @Tomy Sakazaki on it I'll be alertad that you mentioned me).
2b - Reply to the OP, he well receive a alert that you quoted him/her (preferably snip out the content, leaving only the quote tags, so it doesn't get too big on your post)
3 - Stop "bumping" your problem, JK_ will see it eventually.

EDIT: Heck there is an actual username called Username here, sorry.
~~EDIT2: Also, @Grink, this savemanager seems to handle saves from 3DS carts only, it doesn't support DS cartridges, so yep, "bumping your problem" won't do any good.~~
EDIT3:My bad, SMT4 is a 3DS cart I forgot about it since I hadn't played it.

@Grink did you actually initialized a save (doing a proper save if possible, not only booting the game) on your SMT4 before using this save manager? Are you using the CIA or 3DSX version of the savemanager?

question about this program: lets say i wanted to "change"some stuff in mhgen with a save editor, i can just use mhgsv to extract the save and and change a bit of the save up in a save editor?cause i have been trying to find something kinda like pchex in terms that allows to swap,change, add,remove junk i generations but all i seem to find are external sources and non in homebrew use ones like pchex(pchex is for pokemon or/as btw)

I do have a fix for this, but everyone is going to need to delete their titles + nand files, because if you don't it will crash.

I can't duplicate the issue. The only time I remember that happening is if you try to use the CIA menu while running as a 3DSX and try to use the cartridge option.
