I got a new 3DS a few days ago and followed Plailect's guide from start to finish, installing AuReiNAND. Are my NANDs linked or unlinked and what's the difference?
I have a gateway 3ds, haven't updated it for a reaaalllly long time and forgot alot of stuff. Is it possible to play games online?

In some 3ds iso site I have seen games listed as "None RF" Does anyone knows what does it stand for?
That's right.
Region Free games are modified games that could be installed in any 3ds regardless of the region

Hello guys I think this is my first post here but I think you may help me. I just started playing Bravely Second on my Sky+, I played the first game and the update data worked no problem, when I tried to do the update data to get more people for my city I got a message saying that I couldn't do that on this cartridge.

Trying to update my pokemon X without firmware updates messing with my gateway - will I stay in emunand if I take the red cart out (using the web exploit if that matters)? Is it possible to then insert my X cart and update it as usual?

so i've been trying to downgrade my NEW3DS from 9.5 to 9.2. i used Browserhax and Menuhax and when the Sysupdater wouldnt work for 100 times. i tried the SafeSysUpdater here off the forum
Well everything was running "Good". Then i just got a message on the bottom display (nintendo style) to shut down my new3Ds because an error occured or something. I did and my 3DS wouldn't boot anymore. So a member told me to delete my Nintendo 3DS folder on the SD card.
it would boot and it's on 9.2 but found out it is just a partial downgrade.
What can i do now? Can i run the SafeSysUpdater again to install the missing titles

You need to try to downgrade again to downgrade the remaining titles. The A9lh guide has a section on downgrading if you want to follow that.
i downgraded again with SafeSysupdater to install the missing files. and it said "Downgrade complete"
ran a "downgrade checker again" this is the only one still missing.

should i just restart safesysupdater again? some other user told me i should be fine and the DS is downgraded but im not quite sure

If it's a single title then you're probably ok. It wouldn't hurt to run SafeSysUpdater again. It should only try to install the one title that didn't get downgraded, while leaving the other ones alone since they are already on the correct version.
Im confused.. I just installed A9LH and now boot only when SD inserted, can I just use this "Sysnand" as normal (homebrew etc)? Also do i need to use Tubehax or does it not matter since I am A9LH? Thanks!
Yes, sysNAND can be used just like emuNAND since you have A9lh set up. You mean the Tubehax DNS? You don't need to use that. You can update sysNAND safely with A9lh.

So "Regionfree" is the opposite for "Non Regionfree"?
Also, I thought all cias could be installed on any region 3ds, ie, USA .cia in a European 3ds console. Am I wrong?

I have always wondered if with a9lh installed you can always update safely without worrying about Nintendo blocking anything?

Nintendo's updates are applied to sysNAND. A9lh is actually launched before sysNAND is launched so I don't think the updates can touch it.
it took me about 40 tries to run SafySU again. it downgraded but when i run dongrade checker 2.0 again, it says that the same things as above

Make sure your Gateway's emuNAND is already on the latest version. From there, launch Gateway's classic mode. Once you're in classic mode, you can remove the red cart and insert Pokemon X. You should then be able to update it without issue.
I wouldn't worry about it. It's only a single title, and it's probably not one that causes any conflicts with running exploits on 9.2.
