It's a mess, I know. But I couldn't find any other library that would work on an ArrayBuffer (the binary data). It is however a striped down version of asmcrypto.
Also reporting success with an oXL.

I already have a9lh installed . i need the one with screen init thingy can i just run the arm9loaderhax.3dsx from my sysnand (aureinand)

I thought I had no-screen init version but my luma3ds bootsplashes work fine?
iirc I used the aurora safe a9lh installer thing a month ago or so
I know Luma3DS (and by proxy SaltFW) boot splashes work without screen init, but I am not sure about boot splashes on ReiNAND.
I could just be running on out of date information and sadly all of my 3DS's are running on delebile fork with screen init, so I have nothing to test on for AuroraWright's branch.
(If I am wrong, someone please correct me.)
