Just be extra careful and you should be fine.
Yeah I am reading it's tough on N3DSXL, but I've read success stories as well.
Worked first try on my N3DS XL. Though I guess I'm apart of the lucky minority. *shrug*

You dont seem to understand that the administration of this site would rather not deal with copyright lawsuits. Mostly everyone here pirates shit. That's a given. Doesn't matter if you talk about it as long as you don't share infringing content.

the pokemon legit cias can all be found on that iso site - they're not hard to find.
There are Eshop CIAs that you can install, but in that regard, only a few GB/A games are legit cias.
There are no legit cias for GBA games.
The only legit GB games would be the pokemon ones.

Now that I'm more familiar, you're correct. The only Legit CIAs are for the Pokemon Yellow, Blue, Red, and Green (JPN) versions.
And, after installation, you'll probably have to delete them and redownload from the eShop.
