Yes. But for it to be of any real use you need to either A) use RxTools or B) get pre-patched TWL_FIRMs from Aurora Wright's thread in the CFW Discussion forum on the ISO site (install it to emuNAND, no need for sysNAND).

1. I have a bricked R4i 3DS, it doesn't seem to read the cartridge at all (nothing appears) and if I insert it in my DS Lite, the DS Lite freezes after hearing the DS startup sound.
Will the patch make it work 'magically'? Or is it just ripperino?

2. I have another flashcart that activates on DS Lite right on boot. Those will not work?
3. This breaks MSET?

Thanks a bunch for this! I got my M3i Zero to work with the whitelist, but my wife's Acekard 2i never worked on a 3DS. If it fixes that, awesomes!

It should. I have the 2i working on my N3DS (and that had a snowball's chance in Hell of working before today since TWL_FIRM can't be downgraded on N3DS).

You only need it on emuNAND. No reason to do it on sysNAND.

If you're using an O3DS, you can use that to avoid having to delete TWL FIRM. If you're on an N3DS or don't want to use reinand, search for the thread by AuroraWright on 'that ISO site' and download the patched TWL FIRM there for your device. Delete the current TWL FIRM on your device, install that, and boom. Some flashcarts appear to work after this if you just launch them normally, but for others you may need to use the Slot1 launcher that was included in the first post of this thread.

I'm a little lost after reading a bit is this a loader for DS flashcard that used to be blocked or can we now install DS games as CIA's in rxTools or both?

So I had been using a November nightly of the rxtools, it had a slightly different file system than the newest nightly, rxtools/sys/patches had folders like /ctr and /ktr or something. I decided to upgrade my rxtools to the latest nightly. After upgrading, and replacing the 0004013800000102.elf from the one given here -

Does this count as eligible for the Slot-1 launcher? Because when i load it, it doesn't work. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong?

Edit: I'm using a SC Dsone which is compatible with the Dsone EOS
Edit2: Can anyone atleast tell me if I'm doing the stuff correctly? or give me any pointers where i might be going wrong in process

Edit: Got it to work. Supercard DSOne works, confirmed.

If the flashcart auto booted on DS/DSlite, then it won't work. Everything else should now work.
