ROM Hack Ripping System Titles as CIAs?

Hey, I want to rip a few system titles off one of my 3dses as .cia files (those being mii maker, ar games and a few others), is there any way or a certain application that will allow me to do this? Already looked around but I haven't found a clear answer.

You can use 3DNUS to download them with their title IDs and versions, even without a 3DS.

welp, tried downloading mii maker (tried streetpass too) but it failed, also tried adding the version numbers too. is there anything i'm doing wrong?

The version should not be "E" but a number string like "2055". If you go look for "00022700" on the Title list page on 3dbrew, you can find the correct version numbers. Version 2055 would be the Mii Maker application from firmware 7.0.0-13.

Tried doing that too.
"Downloading 00022700 v2055

Error downloading title 00022700 v2055 make sure the entered title ID and versions are correct."
No luck. :/

That's not the full Title ID.

Try this for the title ID: 0004001000022700
