It's a rough port that was probably more of intended as a PoC port. Why don't work save state? :/
It will be interesting to see if someone does more with the idea of porting RetroArch to 3DS.
That.. That actually worked, Thanks!Try to turn off the audio and then start a game.
Any pokemon game running fullspeed on old 3ds with this? does any game run fullspeed on old 3ds with this?

^^ I extracted this from the blog.Regarding RetroArch 3DS: it’s still very much a work-in-progress and I don’t think either me or aliaspider would feel comfortable to ship anything right now in terms of official release at this stage, and we need a lot of work done on the cores before we can render some of them playable on the slow 3DS (it’s even slower than the PSP it seems).
I'm super happy to hear any assurance that this is indeed being actively worked on, I can't wait to have a good GBA emulator on 3DS.Libretro stated that they're working on 3ds and ps3 port but they aren't releasing any beta asap cuz is still early stages of develop.
I know. Even in this early state it's the best performing one we have.I'm super happy to hear any assurance that this is indeed being actively worked on, I can't wait to have a good GBA emulator on 3DS.
Replace the boot.3dsx at the SD Card root by this one: https://t.co/j2S2i49gykStuck with red and black screens, not sure why it's not working for me.

It should fix the problem.
The one that you have was buggy when smealum released the Iron/tubehax, it shows a red screen in some homebrew. The new one fix that problem. This is the only differenceThanks dude, it really worked
What's the difference between the two files?
Go into settings and disable audio. Might need to disable Vsync too.Now I'm stuck with another error: cannot push null or empty core into the playlist

The emulator is really weird right now. To get things running at normal speed, every time you start it up you need to disable audio and Vsync, then after you load the game, enter the settings menu and turn Vsync back on for as long as you're playing.
Did you download a GBA bios file, name it gba_bios.bin and put it in SD:/retroarch/cores/system/It's not like it's slower than what's supposed to, it simply doesn't boot.
It seems like it's missing the core for emulating GBA, not sure what to do though
Actually I just tried the save state function. It does work. Why don't work save state? :/
