They are relatives.

Overlay0000 :
0x18AB0 = Pointers (16 bit Little Endian)
Add 0x190B8 to a pointer to find the text.

Overlay0001 :
0x93E9C = Pointers (same as above)
Add 0x94290 to a pointer to find the text.
