Just saw this,
It even has a download link.

I usually check the comments of these things.
Usually its either fake,VIRUS!,Gay,epic fail but these ones look good.(But though he could have easily just made multiple accounts.).

So anyone here to enlighten me.(I don't recommend putting them on your 3DS they might be brickers.)

The guy shows absolutely no proof in the video that he is playing a backup...

Two hints for when you see a video that may or may not be fake.
Ok 1st check that if the like/dislike is disabled.
2nd Check if you get comment pending approval.
If you get those two things, it's guaranteed to be fake.

Seriously? The video has an IGN watermark. It is clearly just a gameplay video taken from there and used for this idiot's survey scam. (Talking about the video in first post. the one awssk8er posted is also unremarkable to me, but at least it isn't watermarked.)
