Your cIOS are a little old. (you have rev15, best compatibility now are either rev17 or rev21_d2x)
A fix for "error #002" was included in old cIOS (up to cIOS rev14 if I remember), now it's done directly by the USBloaders.

You should install the latest version : cIOS rev21 d2x v6

Use method2 (installer) if you have internet access on your Wii.
Then install these two cIOS:
- d2x v6, slot249, base 56
- d2x v6, slot250, base 57

Then, it will depend on the USBloader you are using.
use the latest version of the loaders, they all have the fix for error #002 enabled by default.

After you updated both the cIOS and the loader, you may need a special setting for zelda:

You have to enable an option called "Block IOS reload" in the USBloader's options.
It will allow you to watch the WiiMotion+ video if you never watched it.

Is there any way you MalayZN could add links for 249 250 --> dx2, link to 236 and so on.

Also, i might sound really noob now: But I what loader should i use to run the game. Since, seeing how you responded, seems like i cannot use the default loader. I'd hate to get my HDD working now.

There are no "default" loader.

You just choose the loader you want to use, between:

uLoader (not updated anymore)
Neogamma (works only with WBFS partition)
WiiFlow
Configurable USB Loader
USB loader GX

The last 3 work with FAT32/NTFS/WBFS

About the links, I did it in my previous post.
IOS236 is not required to play a game, but it can be useful to have it.

About choosing a loader, they are all pretty much doing the same things.
It's just a matter of taste about the look and settings.

You should try them to decide the one you prefer.

Gambia, The
cIOS rev15 should cause lots of 001 errors on recent games btw. To run the retail disc you need to get to know which IOS the game wants, and then install the latest version of that. Oh and priiloader and the disc update block hack.

I thought you wanted to backup your game on HDD and use an USBloader (as you talked about HDD).

But if you want to use your original disc without updating your Wii, then there are different way to do that.
1. Like wiipower said, you can use Priiloader to enable "Disc update block" and prevent the game from asking you to update.
Zelda require IOS56 to boot correctly, you already have it (though, it seems it has been patched, maybe you used PimpMyWii once? It shouldn't pose any problem)

2. You can also use a Disc loader (homebrew) to launch your disc.
either a USBloader, as they can also run discs, or a specific disc launcher, like TinyLoad

Okay I'm incredibly noob and need help. I've attempted to follow the instructions on this post, but Skyward Sword still isn't starting. I'm using WiiFlow, but not sure of the version. When I attempt to run the game through WiiFlow the screen goes black, like it's about to run, but it never does.

Here's my config info
