Well, you are talking about the bluetooth syncing. I don't deny that.
But... this is a wiimote, which is with a lot in proprietary. Otherwise, how do you explain the long waiting syncing while no waiting for same s/n?
Hardware wise, I'd say it's basically correct. Up to higher layer... ???
I believed what happened in my wiimote syncing scenario.

Hey. I'm having some trouble setting up a uneek+di install. I had a sneek+di install that worked, but I needed to switch to uneek+di because it allows homebrew on the sd card.
Here's the problem: no matter what NAND I use (brand new 4.2U or 4.3U NAND made with ModMii or a dumped 4.2U from my Wii) uneek+di messes up. It loads to the System Menu just fine but if I try to start a channel from the channel splash-screen I get a never-ending black screen. If I press 1 to see the games none show up (when I used to get a list with sneek+di). It also says my region is UK when the NAND(s) I'm using are US.

Any help would be great as I'm completely stuck and have been trying to fix this for awhile now.
If I need to post any info of files on my SD or USB I can.

Sorry if this has been asked before or is in the wrong forum but..

I upgraded my 4.0U Wii to 4.1U as recommended in modmii.
But now my wii can't read discs anymore.

Any ideas on what to fix?

@6HyPeR9, are you trying to play backup discs? If so, you want to reinstall darkcorp... but it's better not to and just use a usbloader

@others asking about neek, you should ask those questions in the neek thread, if the devs behind neek need me to make changes to support them then I will, but ModMii is already set to autoupdate the version of neek it builds, so if any updates are released that fix various bugs ModMii will immediately be able to construct it.

Yes, I believed it loads the first game when neek2o starts. You can change it by press 1 on neek system screen and select game so you can use different ones.
If you get JoyFlow from scooby72049, channel JoyFlow would work for you. His link is

I guess he would be happy to provide you more information if you cannot find a working JoyFlow

@MLRX

start with just one nand in the nands folder. delete the sneek/nandcfg.bin file so that a new one is created. It should use the nand in the nands folder.
delete diconfig.bin and channelcache.bin. Make sure you don't have an empty games folder or an empty wbfs folder on your usb drive. Either remove those folders or place at least one game in them. channelcache.bin is now stored in one of the nand folders called sneekcache.

@AndrewGoins

the new neek2o hasn't been tested yet with dml. Maybe it will need some tweaking to make it compatible again.
Due to bug, a subfolder of the wbfs folder with an invalid game in it will cause a game to be displayed twice in the game list.
If a selected game can't be launched, than the diconfig.bin file is recreated. Either the first game of the game list or none at all will be selected.
This is probably the behavour you are seeing.

you can also update your MIOS from v4 to v10 if u want, (or install a cMIOS if your Wii is able to play backup discs), but this will only effect gamecube games.

But yea, just go to ModMii's download page 4 and type "rec" to download all the recommended cIOSs then install it with your wad manager

@beta testers (u know who u are),
check your emails! ModMii v4.7.7 Release Candidate (RC) goes live within the hour!

@everyone else,
If you want to join my beta testing group, drop me an email at [email protected] or [email protected]
I probably have room for another half dozen or so testers.

edit: Just wanted to add that this update is pretty large, I'm tempted to call it 4.8.0 when it's finalized :D
I personally haven't been this excited about an update in a long time :D

edit2: done, check your emails!

I've recently remodded another wii using ModMii and everything seems to work well except none of the Guitar Hero and Rock Band games are able to load. The Guitar Hero games are stuck at loading and the Rock Band games are stuck at black screen. I've tried all the different USB loaders (GX, configurable, WiiFlow) with different settings (Block iOS reload, anti-002 fix, video patch, force ntsc) and also the different cIOS that came with the default modmii wizard settings but they all pretty much give me the same result. Anyone have any idea what could be actually wrong with my system?

Weird, posting a link to joyflow that brings you to joyloadercfg.
Anyway, if you want a joyflow version that works with neek2o look HERE.

PS. i linked the correct page now.

@misteromar,
can you tell me exactly what happens when u load your syscheck log in ModMii? If there's nothing to update, ModMii should tell u that. It's possible it's screwing ModMii up cuz I noticed the formatting of your syscheck is weird. Can you upload your syscheck.csv somewhere for me so I can test it out personally?

@jlhc87,
Those games should work using ModMii's recommended cIOS249 (d2x v6 base 56). If they're not working using that cIOS, you can also try cIOS223. I would also try re-ripping the game, if that still doesn't fix it, let davebaol know, he's the cIOS expert in the d2x cIOS team :D

@wasabisun,
you would need to replace the modules in the temp folder who's names start with "neek2o". If you just replace the modules without the "neek2o" prefix they will be overwritten by the old modules with the neek2o prefix. FYI, ModMii will autoupdate itself when new neek2o releases are available on the custom-di google code page.

@Foez,
yea that looks familar, I haven't seen one of those in awhile though, lol. I'm tempted to stop using nusd.exe and instead use sharpii.exe... but then all the hashes for all the files would change and all the files already saved in ppl's temp folder would become "invalid". I don't think nusd.exe errors that often so I think I'm going to leave it as is for now.
