I was just wondering:
When you go to the clock on the AR games (you have to use a coin to buy it) When you open that chicken box, and he comes really close at your screen, if you turn on the 3d, the chicken is so close that the 3d isn't great, the chicken splits into 2, the eyes hurt, the same happens when you get any of the AR cards (mario for exaple) and put them on your hand, then you turn on the 3d and put the card near the 3ds until the AR card character "pops out of the screen" if this happens, the character will split into two and the eyes hurt does that happen to anyone else?

Yes, I am, when on 14 inches away from the card, the 3d is perfect, I'm saying that when you bring the Mario AR card really close to your 3ds, the image splits into two, and your eys hurt. Is this normal?

BTW, I am noticin that when I push the bottom right corner of the 3ds, it makes a "crack" sound, is it broken?

Yes it is. The 3D works like your eyes. If you bring something REALLY close to your face, your eyes become unfocused and see 2 separate images.
