If you can stomach wiping the saved data off your 3DS and starting over, you can reformat it with different countries/states to get the panels you want. Of course, you have to have a friend's 3DS nearby (or own a second unit) to pick up all the different streetpass hits and then have him streetpass them back to you.ferofax said:
