I would send you my GBC, since I have 2 but being that you are in the US and I'm AUS shipping probably doesn't end up worth it.
I think $22usd is almost impossible to get a used/GBC/GBA/GB,you can visit our online shop to see if has the console you're interesting.
the best way would be ebay but if your not interested in waiting and paying for shipping you can find a local independent gamestore as they sometimes carry older games for cheap, big box stores like gamestop consider gba and under as legacy and will not accept them as trades though some still have them in stock as leftovers before they where though that's very rare
