Apple Help! I Can't get to "Slide to Power Off"

hey guys
iphone 4 16gig
jailbroken

when i press and hold the sleep/wake button nothing happens

i know its not faulty/broken button but when i press the button, it locks my phone and i can take a snapshot also

but what i cant do i get to the "Slide to Power Off" but pressing it

help!!!!!!!!!!

wow after hours of searching and deleting apps
i found out it was gpower pro that made this mess
