ROM Hack Mugen no Frontier EXCEED menu translation

well. the cause of that reason is that EXCEED plays after og gaiden...
so...yeah....thats the biggest problem in there

Um not sure what that have to do with what i said i know EXCEED is the sequel. I'm trying to play this patch but i suck at patching stuff or just computer stuff period so i was asking if someone could just give me a pre patched game. I did try myself with that Rudolph program but no luck.

let me tell the different problems.
in og 2 axel and alfimi went BOOM!
in og gaiden they returned on a mysterious way (and they had amnesia)
after og gaiden if you've listend to the EXCEED Drama cd
kouta and his sis were send out to fight a amoeba.
axel came in the party.
alfimi came too.
so it was geussed afterwards that the amoeba was defeated.
suddenly a wormhole opened.
thats when alfimi got caught in it.
axel came after alfimi and kouta after axel.
and now you know why they are in the endless frontier

Axle didn't have amnesia until EXCEED as a result of the transfer. I think Alfimi forgot. The Soulgain got busted and he had to take the fight on foot (hence explaining why it's not there).

Here's the wikia info:

Shortly after his defeat, the Cry Wolves squadron went to excavate the remains of the Shadow-Mirror inside the White Star, finding the Soulgain's remains. While escaping the facility before it is absorbed by the Einsts, the Cry Wolves accidentally drop the cockpit block containing a still-breathing, yet semi-conscious Axel. Floating in space, he encounters the re-emerged soul of Alchemie, who mysteriously reappears in the Original Generation universe; however, she has no memories of any of her prior encounters. The two realize they are about to be erased from existence, thus, they pull towards each other and the result is Axel becoming a vessel for Alchemie's soul. The Cry Wolves retrieve him, finding Axel stripped of his clothing, yet neatly folded next to him (it is speculated Alchemie is the one who did this).

Axel later ended up dropping by to Earth on the urging of Alchemie, who was worried on a strange amoeba-like creatures that have been attacking Kouta Azuma. The creature's real target, however, was Alchemie. During the fight, the Soulgain was damaged and Axel was forced to fight on foot using his Mizuchi blade, resolved to save Alchemie to pay her back for saving him from death. After entrusting the Soulgain to Shouko Azuma, Axel and Kouta charged to save Alchemie who was being dragged into the dimensional portal, which ended up taking the three of them to the Endless Frontier.

Axel was able to stay close with Alchemie. However, the impact of arriving to the Endless Frontier made him suffer amnesia, reverting to his Advance Protagonist self.

Just wondering, what's the 2% on the equipment? Is it anything major or like Dummy data?

Nope, it's 3-4 armor names IIRC. They'll be translated in version 3.1 of the patch. I am too bored to compile a new patch right now...

also do i have to patch the nds file before or after i patch it for removing the piracy check???

the patch isnt working out for me. i patched the game with "xdelta UI" using file name "Mugen no Frontier Exceed Super Robot Taisen OG Saga.nds" and then it wont load anymore. must be corrupted or something, so i tried it a couple more times... same result. what am i doing wrong?

Try a different rom or making the file name the same as the patch.

I cant get this to work either, is there anything else were meant to do after we patch it, or before we patch it?

Try making the rom name the same as the patch.

Also try a different rom.

ok i just tried renaming it and still nothing, cant find the rom anywhere so Im out of luck trying a different rom. thing that is suspicious is that the original file is 256mb and after the patch it changed to 250mb... now why is that? could that be the problem?
