Tales of Hearts
Tales of Innocence

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days wins though. I hated every Kingdom hearts game until this one. It pulled me in to the point I couldn't put my DS down until I finished the game. I shed a man tear at the end. Pretty emotional story.

Why do people keep saying Final Fantasy? All I ever see from Final Fantasy games is the same, old, generic story archetype, with the same, old generic character archetypes...

That's true. The stories in Final Fantasy are regarded as epic and amazing, but a lot of them kinda bore me. I know it's not on DS, but FFXII really bored me, both in terms of story and gameplay >_> Maybe it's just me.. when they try and make a story too complex and convoluted, I just lose interest a little bit.

I haven't completed it just yet, but Tales of Innocence looks to have an amazing story ;D Really interesting.

I liked FF7 cause I got to go on a date with whomever I wanted. Other than that, I don't really like FF games. They're real boring and generic.

But anyway, I still say Harvest Moon DS Cute is dramatic

Well, I'm not too fond of Final Fantasy, but IV actually had a legitimately compelling story. Cecil is by far one of the best Final Fantasy characters, both in depth and in story. Although saying "best Final Fantasy character in terms of depth and story" isn't saying much.

I don't like dramatic stories. Because i'm a cry baby.

Anyway, the games with a lotta drama for me would be ''The World ends with you'' Outside the fighting, there's always lots of emotions in the air; Angst, fear, depression. Ofcourse it has some cute and funny moments too. Second one would be Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor. It's such a emotional game. I like to act like a jerk using Hero. d(^v^)b Third one would be Covenant of the Plume. I hated the beginning so much, but after that, when your able to get rid of your team mates (that you dislike, ofcourse) and watch their parent/partner/etc cry their hearts out about them.

If you are able to play GBA games then I'd say Mother 3.
The entire Earthbound series is astonishing and one of the best series ever made.
