I hate my town really, It's old, nothing to do, full of jocks and red necks (being gay and a cat boy doesn't make that any better) and quite honestly should be torn down and built over with a new town.
Okay, I suposse you don't wear cute little cat ears on town right?

On topic, no I'm not proud of mine, it's too polluted literally and figuratively.
The answer is, I used to till someone stole mine, I through that in there because I became famous in my general area for the cat ears and tail.
Then some girl stole one of my ears and trashed it, then throw the pieces around the school.

It's not the strangest thing I have ever done really. The strangest thing I have done would have to be my friends and I dressed up as Naruto based ninjas and walked around our town.

My hometown isn't really where I was born, because we moved there about 3 years after I was born. I don't live there anymore, but I like to poke fun at people who DO live there.

Not entirely.

My home town has one of the country's highest teen pregnancy rates. Which is nothing to be happy about, seriously.

If you are a guy from here, and you haven't gotten laid, you REALLY should be depressed. Granted, you might be one of the few guys that is both clean and not yet a surprise parent too.

We were once a long ways back, (my youth) a major rail hub for the railroad system in the province though. All gone now though, no real sign the trains were ever here any more.

I wouldn't know. I was born in Reading but moved out before my second birthday. I have no memories of the place. The town I most consider home isn't even where I live now, it's a little village in Derbyshire named Belper. I lived there for about four years, give or take a bit, and all with my drunk-ass mother constantly f'in up my life, but I made friends there that have stayed with me all these years.

As for where I live now, here in Coventry, it's a shit hole. It has caused me to hate not only people who live here, but also the whole of Germany for not finishing what they started when they bombed the crap out of this dump.

proud?

to be honest... Nope, not really, us singaporeans dont have a great impression, instead people's impression of us are a bunch of english murders, we are a kaisu bunch, we are a "fine"* city, we are known for having a campaign for nearly everything. In general, the public impression of us isn't that great, and us prefering to type and talk in singlish isn't helping matters either.

However, i am grateful that i am born in singapore, say what you will, but growing up in a place that doesnt have racial descrimination, a low crime rate, protection from national disaster, it's pretty great.

* fine refers to the amount you have to pay for committing that crime.
