Ok so a lot of you know that I love my home town and I regularly mention it

If you don't know me I'm from Manchester, England and I love Manchester. It may not be the best City in the world but its a great place to live and we have some great features.

So are you proud of where you were born and/or where you live?

P.S Just to make this clear, I'm support the real Manchester team, Manchester City for Life [IMG]

I live in Pittsburgh, PA, and I'm kind of proud to live here. We have the Steelers, Penguins, and other great sports teams. Plus, it was a major supplier of steel back in the day, which pretty much made it famous during war-times.

I'm not proud about something I have no influence on, and have no control over.
I really see no reason why would I be proud of my home town.

I do like it, quite a lot, wouldn't mind moving for a better life tho. But I have no feeling of pride when I think/talk about it.

Yes, I'm very proud of being from Bruges.
That's why I support my local football team a lot, Club Brugge.

There's nothing to be proud of.
You just get born in random places, that's nothing i'd call a noteworthy achievement you can be proud of.

That is how you see it, yes it is a fact that the place you were born in wasn't chosen by you but it doesn't mean you can't feel pride for where you have lived an brought up

I see Manchester as a perfect place to grow up and have learnt both Academic and Street sense and I can admit Manchester is not the most well known lace for finding friendly people but it builds character

I ave no problem with how you think, its logical, same with Toni, I guess its just the type of person which varies

My town is built up from the ground of chavs and immigrants. So no, I'm definitely not proud of my town. The only 4 not-chavs are me, DieForIt, remigo and strawhat-san. There's 20 000 people in my town. So 1 out of 5 000 is not a chav.

Hell no but I'm glad to live in America rather than some police state. Obviously there are other places to live that are better than America in different ways, but blah blah blah too lazy to finish this thought

Well my home town is the capital of Sweden, so I got to be a little bit proud.

My current city though, which I've lived in for over 15 years now, has been voted as "Swedens most boring town" by the readers of the newspapers [IMG]

No, this city is kinda ugly and there is TOO MUCH violence in Brazil. However, I like the fact that it is one of the biggest (or more populous?) cities in the world, it is huge and you can find almost anything here.

I'm proud of my whole country
there may be bad things about it, but this is my home, no matter what.
The place where I live is a city(almost) and it has nearly all the things we want and need. The malls are just better in Manila though. hehe
It's also near the capital city, Manila where everything is available for you to buy. And the biggest mall(Mall of Asia) is very near to us.
Kinda like the place i live has almost all I need.
And major crimes never or rarely happen in Cavite

But next year my dad will be letting me stay in the US now. Valejo, CA to be exact.
Hope my petition goes well [IMG]

No, I'm not proud of my home town.

Toronto is filled with a bunch of immigrants and gangsters. There are two gangs, 'Bloods' and the 'Crips' where I live. Perhaps, it's just the neighbourhood I live in. I'd rather be brought up in London, Ontario.
