IMO all games should come with english text option. Then again leaving it out foils early piracy for non japanese speaking folk.

Q1 2010 for US, Q2 2010 for Europe. I personally think it'll be march 2010, but that's just a wild guess.

I really want to play this, but I think I'll wait for the European version. I've got quite a few games to play now anyway.

It should be enjoyable enough without understanding anything, you just shoot stuff. Storyline will probably be the same generic sci fi crap that Treasure do anyway, with a game like this it doesn't matter as long as the gameplay is fun. Pretty much like the first game.
