I really cant tell the difference between this and cios13. Disc channel supposed to work but does not and everything else is the same, load times, ghostbusters freezing on the safety screen, sound jumping in quantum of solace etc.

Disc channel is working now, when it uses IOS249, before it wasn't. The Ghostbusters problem is either some strange issue, related to the loading times, related to srubbing or related to a broken release. (people who did a backup with their retail disc reported to got rid of the problem this way). And the sound in the game, well, what loader and disc, sd or usb?

Do I have to reboot with hooks to make the disc channel work or does it work from booting the wii?

I have installed Cios Revision 14 and have tried various usb loaders includeing Neogamma and GxLoader and it works smoothly on them all tried 5 different games 1 after another and had no Black Screens or any need to reboot the Wii worked perfectly.

disc channel works, you have to patch your games to 249. no more resets between loading games via USB HDD, and i dont know what your talking about with ghostbusters. it works fine. there are significant changes.
