I successfully updated to 4.0E, and have installed Preloader 0.29. Everything's working fine at the moment. Until the [Region free Wii games] hack is updated to work with Preloader 0.29, will it be safe to use the Region Free hack available in StartPatch 4.0 PAL? Thanks in advance.

By the way I'm not sure if this is well known but in this thread http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=134073&st=105 they apparently found a way to use Preloader to load games from the diskchannel without CIOSCORP. Here is a quote from the thread by 'OSW'
"IOSReload will let you load backups from disk channel only if either
1. System menu is patched to run off cIOS
or
2. cIOS30 is installed (the only neccessary part from CIOSCORP).
Because I became too impatient, I installed cIOS30.
All is working well, everything launching from disk channel so IOSReload must be doing it's job smile.gif
The combination i am now using and recommend is:
Preloader with IOSReload on, + cIOS30 installed (I got it from cioscorp pack, and i used channel file manager to install)"
Apparently, using Preloader with IOSRELOAD with cIOS 30 is the answer. I haven't tried it out yet because I'm unable to find a 4.0 hack.ini code with IOSRELOAD for NTSC system. Lucky Europe

Still, got a weird problem with my wii. Can read Madworld NTSC no problem in Disc Channel (black screen when launch tho) but no other NTSC game (getting a ?) i installed CIOS60BF + cioscorp already, what should i do to fix this please or what am i missing?.

Should be all fine, that is how I have it set up. But there are 2 issues.
1. Some games have errors (001 etc) that didn't occur on 3.2 (like mario kart).
I managed to fix this by modifying IOSreload to IOS60 instead of 249.
I don't know if it affects everyone, but if you're having problems, feel free to try it.
