I'm trying it out at the moment.
While it won't replace my Opera, I will leave it on my HDD if Opera starts to behave weird.

Chrome works like a charm. It's fast and stable. Even huge Javascripts work damn fast. It's alot better than the IE!

Just downloaded the thing, and I'm running about 5 tabs right now. They all average about 18k memory usage. Which is about 1/10th of what Firefox 3 uses for each individual tab.

So far I'm liking it, but I expect some bugs.

I also love how they use the browser bar as the optional search engine (default google of course).

I just typed in: 'gbatemp.net chrome' and this thread came up as the result

I'm running it right now and really liking it.
As said before it is using way less the Firefox 3, and looks pretty.
It loaded youtube up way faster for me, it also imported my firefox bookmarks great.
I also love that the Address bar is now for URL and Search, instead of two different bars like in Firefox.
Untill they have all my apps ported for CHROME from Firefox, I'll still use firefox for awhile, but it looks promising.

I'm using it right now. It seems like a solid browser, a bit Firefox-like, a bit Opera-like and very fast. The best of both worlds if you ask me

I haven't discovered any new features when using, for example, Gmail yet, but I'm testing it at the moment

I'll use this as my main browser when the Linux version becomes available. If you're using Linux, you can input your mail adress to make them let you know when it is released.

People really do need to read this. I'm actually pretty excited about this, now. This could be a pretty serious contender to the crown.
Yep, a load of people are just saying "this is just another web browser", but their changing everything. I guarantee I won't like the UI as much as Firefox, but everything on there improves it technically.

For those who don't have time to read, loose summary is:
1. It's easier to use.
2. It's more memory efficient.
3. It may be faster (will have to check that when it comes out).
4. It's easier and more accessible for developers to build upon.
5. It's a hell of a lot more secure (perhaps too much so).

They also said bug-squishing and beta testing is a lot faster, as they have a computer program that systematically checks through web pages for faults.

EDIT:
Ooh, downloading now.
