I'm not sure about any hi-res pix of that particular symbol by itself, but here's a hi-res wallpaper that contains the red/black version of that symbol (among many others). The download link is at the bottom.

And this is kinda off subject, but here's a real-life pic of Shibuya. Anyone who plays TWEWY will recognize it instantly.

I downloaded the .swf from the japanese site a few months ago and used a SWF extractor to get the pic.

I just used the emulator for that one, since the pin appears in the first intro when you start the game.
For extracting sprites from the actual ROM etc, check the other TWEWY related thread which is a few threads below this one atm.
